Leave at 0800 after breakfast to drive 4 hr to a small village near Pattukkottai | Thanjavur to explore the villagers way of life. Villages and rural are real india. One who misses to see them, then they have missed india. Chennai sight seeing Muttakanni amman temple, Kapaleswarar temple, St Thomas Church, Marina Beach, Local Markets. Drive along War memorial, Fort St George, Madras High court and central Railway station, which are built by Britishers around 150 years ago. And drive to shopping lots where the locals do shopping and if required organizing tailoring to stitch the dresses. Drive back to Hotel and rest for the day. Over night stay in chennai.
